The School Day

The school gates open at 8.40am and children can go straight into class ready to start the school day at 8.45am.

Children have a morning break and a lunch break. KS1 children have an afternoon break also. 

KS1 morning break: 10:05-10:20am

KS2 morning break: 10:25-10:40am 

KS1 lunchbreak: 11:50am - 12:25pm 

KS2 lunchbreak: 12:40 - 1:25pm 

KS1 afternoon break: 1:35pm - 1:50pm 

School finishes at 15.15pm. Please collect your children promptly from the playground.  If you are going to be delayed please contact the office.  If you are going to be delayed substantially we suggest you contact the After-School Club.

If you have arranged for somebody else to pick up your child from school it is essential that you let us know in advance or we will not release the child.

Morning session: 08.45 - 11.45

Afternoon session: 12.15 - 15.15

Notifying us if your child is unwell

It is very important that children attend school regularly. 

We ask that all parents ring the school as soon as possible on the day of their child's illness. Should no call have been received by 10.00 the school administrator will ring home to check the reason for the child's absence.

These systems help the school keep track of authorised and unauthorised absence.
