We're delighted that you're considering joining us.

Here are the dates for the Mrs Jordan's tours autumn 2026:

All tours are at 10am.

The tours are small, plenty of time to ask questions, meet some teachers and our very enthusiastic Pupil Ambassadors!

Tour FAQs

Who are the tours for?

We'd encourage everyone considering Mayfield for their child to come on one of our tours.  Most people don't bring their children on the more formal tour but we can usually accommodate a second visit with your child if you'd like.

What happens on a Mayfield tour?

The tours are small and led by the Headteacher- Mrs Jordan.  You'll get to see the classes in action and to meet the Reception and Nursery teams.  Some of our enthusiastic Pupil Ambassadors will show you around the facilities and give you their take on life at Mayfield.  We would encourage parents to ask questions throughout the tour!

How long does the tour take?

Usually about an hour depending on the number of questions!

What if I can't come to any of the dates offered?

We can offer tours at other times but we can't guarantee that the Headteacher/class teachers will be available.  We are always happy to try and accommodate as best we can.
